AFAB- Assigned female at birth.
agender: A person who does not feel they are on the gender spectrum.
alloromantic/allosexual- someone who feels romantic/sexual attraction
AMAB- Assigned male at birth.
amicussexual- someone who only feels sexual attraction to someone after they have formed a platonic relationship.
androgynous- Someone who presents in neither a masculine nor feminine fashion: in between, both or neither.

1- when one's romantic orientation is fluid, but always stays on the aromantic spectrum.
2- when one's romantic orientation is fluid between aromantic and alloromantic.
aromantic/aro- Someone who feels little to no romantic attraction.

binary- a spectrum between two things.
bioessentalism- Biological essentialism (in terms of gender) is using biology like chromosomes, hormones and biological sex to invalidate someones gender identity.
biphobia: Hatred or dislike of bi people; telling them to choose one side.
BIPOC: Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. This term is often used to describe people who identify as Native, indigenous, black, Latino or Asian Pacific Islanders in the United States.
(Bi) bisexual/biromantic- someone who is attracted to two or more genders.
burst- When a specific kind of attraction will occur in a "burst," similar to arospike/acespike
caedsexual/Caedromantic- A word that describes someone who feels like they used to feel romantic attraction, but no longer does as a result of trauma.
cisgender- Someone who identifies as the same gender they were assigned at birth. (Female woman, etc)
culparomantic- Someone who feels platonic and romantic feelings at the same time.
deadname- someone name given at birth, but not their real name after they transition.
demigender- someone who has a partial connection to one or more genders.
demiboy- someone who feels partially connected to identifying as a boy
demigirl- someone who feels partially connected to identifying as a girl
demisexual/demiromantic- someone who only feels sexual attraction to someone after they have gotten to know them.
enby/NB- Slang for a non binary person.
endogender- someone whose gender is a limited amount of fluid.
endoboy- someone whose gender is fluid but is always somewhat masculine.
endogirl- someone whose gender is fluid but is always somewhat feminine.
fraysexual- A person who feels sexual attraction to someone they don't know very well, but may feel less attraction to them as they become closer.
FTM- Female to male
gay-
1- men whom are attracted to men.
2- an umbrella term for anyone who is not straight.
gender euphoria- to be comfortable or happy when your gender is affirmed.
gender neutral- to have a gender that is neutral.
gender nonconforming- to have a gender that's not on either side of the binary.
Gender nonconforming- a general term for someone who does not follow gender norms.
genderfluid- someone whose gender changes, this could be based off of the day, hour or even week.
genderflux- someone whose gender changes rapidly.
genderqueer- someone whose gender exists in between or outside of the binary.
greysexual/ greyromantic- someone who rarely feels attraction or only feels attraction under a specific circumstance.
greygender- not feeling sure what ones gender feels the strongest too.
heterosexual- Being sexually attracted to the opposite binary gender.
hertromatic- to me romantically attracted to the opposite binary gender.
homosexual- being sexually attracted to the same binary gender.
homoromantic- to feel romantic attraction to the same binary gender.
Intersex- Being neither female nor male, having a different set of chromosomes.
Ipsogender/Ipsosex- a label for people known as "cis intersex people." this could mean people who identify as the sex they were assigned at birth, because they didn't know they were intersex at birth or because they were assigned a gender at birth despite the fact they're intersex.
idemromantic- Not being able to understand the difference between romantic and platonic feelings, but still differentiating them based off of their different characteristics, (intimacy, sexual attraction, etc.)
kalossexual- someone wanting to have a sexual relationship despite never feeling sexual attraction.
man- an Identity on one end of the traditional gender spectrum, stereotypically masculine
maxigender- someone who feels all genders that apply to them.
monosexuality- being attracted to only 1 gender or sex. (homosexual, heterosexual, etc.)
mspec- "multi-sexual spectrum," referring to someone who likes many genders (bi, pan, poly, etc.)
MTF- Male to Female
nebularomantic- A word to describe someone who has a hard time telling the difference between platonic and romantic feelings because of their Neurodiversity.
nibling- gender neutral word for niece or nephew
non binary- Neither or in between the gender binary.
novosexual/novoromantic- someone whose sexual/romantic orientation fluctuates with their gender identity.
omnisexual/omniromantic- someone who feels attraction to all genders and romantic and sexual orientations
pangender- to relate to all genders.
pansexual/romantic- to like someone regardless of their gender.
perioriented- When one's romantic and sexual attraction are the same group of people (heterosexual and heteromantic, bisexual and biromantic, asexual and aromantic, etc)
platoniromantic- not romantically feeling a difference between romantic and platonic feelings.
polysexual/polyromantic- someone who is attracted to many genders.
queer- A word used to describe someone in the LGBTQ+ community. This word used to be used as an insult, but it has been reclaimed by the community.
queerplatonic- A queerplatonic relationship is not a romantic or sexual relationship, but its not a friendship. The term, often used by people on the Aromantic spectrum, is a committed and intimate relationship.
quoiromantic- not being able to understand romantic feelings as a concept.
sex- Your biological set of chromosomes.
skoliosexual/scoliosexual- feeling sexual attraction to people who are transgender or identify as a different gender than the one they were assigned at birth.
transfeminine/transfemme- Someone who identifies as transgender and feels more feminine than masculine.
transgender- someone who identifies as a different gender other than the one they were assigned at birth.
transmasculine/transmasc-someone who identifies as transgender and feels more masculine than feminine.
two spirit- Though the term has a different definition to different communities, it is typically used to describe a person in an Indigenous community who takes on the role of both genders in the community, or takes on the role of a different gender with different responsibilities in the community.
